Stephanie "Tata" Brooks , 36, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2020.
Stephanie will always be remembered for the love she had for her sons and her love for life.
She was born on May 22, 1984 in Louisville to John Brooks, Sr. and Lisa Taurman Brooks.
Stephanie is survived by her mother, Lisa Brooks, father, John (Pam) Brooks, Sr., sons, Donavin Scott Guinn, Domanick Lee Guinn, Frankie Lee Higdon, and Leeland Kane Higdon, her siblings, Christi (Steve) Brooks,
John (Kelley) Brooks, Jr., Joshua (Stefanie) Brooks, Johnathan Brooks, her mamaw, Susie E. Brooks, granny, Bonna Taurman and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will take place from 3-8pm on Thursday, July 9th and 11-1pm on Friday, July 10th at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Chapel, 10304 Dixie Hwy. A service celebrating Stephanie's life will be held at 1pm on Friday at the funeral home and then she will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery.
