Sadie Rene Gross

Sadie Rene Gross, 12, of Pekin, Indiana, passed away on Monday, June 29, 2020. She was born on January 8, 2008 in Memphis, Tennessee. Sadie was a very creative and talented artist. She loved drawing, coloring, painting and attending Bible study. She enjoyed reading and even had written many of her own stories. Sadie earned A's and B's as a student at East Washington Middle School where she was preparing to enter 7th grade.

Sadie is survived by her father, Derek (Angel) Gross; mother, Alexis Ronk; siblings, Natalie Robison; James Gross; Isaac Sanders, Gracie Robison, Maggie Gross and Gabriel Ronk; great-grandparents, Elizabeth Gross, Robert and Sue Arick; grandparents, Hayden (Priscilla) Roll, Cyn Campbell, Tammy (Robert Howard) Whisman, Kurt (Laura) Gross, Dino Benson and Tim Robison; godfather, Ronnie (Elizabeth) Sanders; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, July 2, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions(3309 Ballard Lane). Her Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Friday, at the funeral home with burial to follow at Charlestown Cemetery.
