Norma Jean Howard

Norma Jean Howard, age 66 of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2020. She was a CNA and worked many places as a caregiver. Norma Jean was retired from the Jefferson County School System as a cafeteria worker 17 years of service. She was born on May 22, 1953 to the late Norman and Lilly Lucille Higgenbottom Morris. She was also preceded in death by her Husband, Jimmy.

Norma Jean is survived by her life-long companion, William Mike Christie; loving children, Jimmy Howard III, Burnis Edward Howard and Virginia Mae Howard; siblings, Pat Overall, Joyce Barber and Rubin Morris; grandchildren, Kobe Kinnaird, Kaori Howard and Kae-Mari Benford; and a host of relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 2 to 4 pm Friday, May 22, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive (in Middletown), with a celebration of Norma Jean's life at 4pm.
