Diana Lynn Smith, 67, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2020.
Diana was born on July 16, 1952 in Louisville , to the late John Smith, Sr. and Dorothy Chamberlain. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Tommy Philpott, Jimmy Philpott and Joe Gabriel, and sister, Wanda Grach, and Joyce Clephas. She was a Baptist by faith and was a proud employee of Walgreens Store. She will always be remembered for the love she had for her family.
Here to carry on her beautiful memory are her daughters, Dorothy "Shelly" Hatfield, Sandra Fitzgerald, son, Danny Smith, Jr. siblings, Janice (Rick) MacGeorge, and Johnny Smith, grandchildren , Destiny Philpott, Damien Smith, Corey Smith, Shawn Stacy, Amber (Hector) Garcia, and April (Andrew) Primo; 5 great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
