Cynthia Kay (Curtis) Fanning, 62, of Floyds Knobs, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2020. She deeply loved her family and was a caregiver to many. Cindy also enjoyed gardening and was a creative spirit.
She was born on February 17, 1958, in Helena, Montana, to Neal and Gwen (Klickman) Curtis. In addition to her parents, Cindy is survived by her husband of over 32 years, Thomas Fanning, Jr.; sons, Thomas Fanning (Rachel), Patrick Fanning (Elizabeth), and Samuel Fanning; granddaughter, Lilly Fanning; brother, Mark Curtis (Jamie); and sister, Stacey Prestaguard (Ben, M.D.).
Cremation was chosen following Cindy's wishes. A celebration of her life is being planned for Saturday, May 30, 2020, with additional details forthcoming. Contributions in her memory may be made to the de Paul School (1925 Duker Avenue, Louisville, KY 40205).
