Mike was born on August 30, 1951 in Louisville, Kentucky to Robert and Martha Johnson. He is preceded in death by his Father, Robert Johnson, and Uncle, Jack Diehl.
Mike is survived by his Mother, Martha Shew, Wife, Lisa Marie Johnson, Sons, Chuck (Misty) Johnson, and James (Rachel) Johnson, Daughter, Emily Parr, Brothers, Jimmy Johnson, Johnny Johnson, and Mark Johnson, Grandchildren, Austin Johnson, Hannah Johnson, Becca Stewart, Ashlynn Hackney, Kaylee Johnson, Madison Parr, Kenzie Parr, and Eli Welscher, Aunt, Shirley Diehl, and Step-Father, Bob Shew.
A gathering for Mike's family and friends will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). A celebration of his life will be at 12:00 pm on Friday, at the funeral home.
