Sherry Ann (Sumner) Elmore, 73, of Borden, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2020.
She was born on December 15, 1946, in Jeffersonville, Indiana, to the late Frank Chatfield and Amelia (Mayes) Sumner. Sherry was also preceded in death by her husband, Ivo Thomas Elmore.
Sherry is survived by her children, Michael Baker, Monte Troy Hurlburt (Roberta), and Tiara Carpenter; grandchildren, Natalie and Mackenzie Baker, Krystian, Nickalus, and Troy Hurlburt, and Tristan Carpenter; and nieces, Jennifer and Lauren Sumner.
Cremation was chosen following Sherry's wishes, and Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) was entrusted with her care.
