Trevor Alan Smith, 17, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2020.
He was born on November 20, 2002 in Louisville, Kentucky to Alan and Melissa (Wells) Smith. Trevor was a junior at Valley High School where he had a 4.0 GPA and was in the HVAC program. He loved UK basketball, spending time with his family and playing Playstation. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Lester & Dorothy Smith, uncle, Jody Bridgers, cousin, Dallas Dean-Wells. Trevor is survived by his father, Alan T. (Karen Stratton) Smith, mother, Melissa D. Wells, brother, Travis Alan (Amber) Smith, grandfather, Wallace "Wally" (Linda) Wells, grandmother, Doris (Anthony) Tharp, 3 nephews, 2 nieces, aunt, Katie Bailey, uncle, Skip (Karen) Smith, aunt, Sara Wells, uncle, Eric (Crystal) Wells, uncle, Wallace (Carla) Wells, cousin, Paige (Matt) Doss, cousin, Cody Wells, cousin, Chase Wells, and numerous extended family and friends.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Thursday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel. Burial to follow at Highland Memory Garden in Mt. Washington, KY
The family requests if possible that everyone wears UK clothing for the visitation.
