Bernadette Mills, 67, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2019. Bernadette worked for UPS for 22 years and just retired. She enjoyed spending time with family and especially her grandchildren. Bernadette was a member of Cornerstone Community Church.
She was born on October 19, 1952 in Louisville, Kentucky to Aaron and Ann (Woods) Duke. She is preceded in death by her Parents, and Brother, Tom Ray Duke.
Bernadette is survived by her loving Husband of 48 years, Bob Mills, Sons, Kenneth Mills, Keith (Jessica) Mills, and Kevin Mills, Brothers, Randy (Donna) Duke, Richard Duke, and James (Denise) Duke, Sisters, Sharon (Larry) Shepherd, and Elaine (Tony) Cady, Grandchildren, Kelsey Mills, Mackenzie Mills, and Madison Mills. Bernadette also leaves behind to cherish her memory a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Friends, and Co-Workers.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Visitation will resume on Wednesday from 8:00 am until the time of services. Her Funeral Service will be at 10:00 am on Wednesday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.
