Sharon Thomas, 73, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away. Sharon was a retired School Teacher for Jefferson County School Systems, and taught at Engelhard Elementary, Kings Elementary, and Greenwood Elementary. She was currently working at Venue Services.
She was born on July 14, 1946 in Louisville, Kentucky to Charles and Martha (Cinnamond) Thomas. She is preceded in death by her Parents, Brother, Charles Coleman Thomas, Jr..
Sharon is survived by her, Sisters, , Susan (Charles) Duncan, Patricia (Robert) Lyons, and Barbara Thomas, Nephews, Robert (Jennifer) Eisenback, Sean (Megan) Duncan, and Ryan Duncan, Nieces, Ruth Lyons, and Jasmine (Michael) Baugh. Sharon also leaves behind to cherish her memory a host of Cousins, Friends, and Fellow Teachers and Coworkers.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Saturday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.
In lieu of flowers family requests that contributions in Sharon's memory be made to Humane Society.
