Mike was born on December 10, 1955 in Louisville, Kentucky to Robert and Margie Bush. He is preceded in death by his Brother, Ira H. Bush, and Sister, Gertrude Bush.
Mike is survived by his Daughter, Vernella Berry, Sisters: Dawn R. Bush, Sherdean Bush McElroy, Jacqueline L. Bush, and Kim M. Bush, Brothers: Lamont G. Bush, Terence A. Bush, Rodney K. Bush, and Rodrick Jarrett, Grandchildren, Sharea H. Richardson, and Kei'von D. Richardson, special niece, Dion Bush, and numerous other family members and friends.
