Julia Pannell Holder
June 13, 1930 — February 27, 2019
Julia Ann Pannell Holder passed away at her home on February 27, 2019 at the age of 88.
Julia is lovingly remembered by her two sons, R. Wade Holder of Lake Isabella, CA, and Terrell H. Holder of Louisville, KY; three grandchildren, Daniel Waters, Patrick W. Holder and Robert M. Holder, and one great-granddaughter Ruthie Waters.
Julia was born in Henderson County, KY. She attended Atherton Girls High School in Louisville and graduated from the University of Kentucky and was a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the time of the memorial service at 1:00 pm on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions East Louisville Chapel (235 Juneau Drive Louisville, KY 40243).
In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions in Julia's memory be made to Kosair Charities (P.O. Box 37370 Louisville, KY 40233-7370) and/or Christian Care Communities (12710 Townepark Way Louisville, KY 40243).
