Jennifer is survived by her mother, Sherri Buckley (Steve); father, Bill Small (Joy); husband, Clayton Phillips; children, Caleb Phillips, Chloe Phillips and Kadence Phillips; step-siblings, Stephen Buckley and Holly Buckley.
Visitation will be from 3 pm to 8 pm on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions East Chapel (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243). A funeral to honor the life of Jennifer will be held on Friday, February 22, 2019 at 11 am.
