She was born on June 29, 1955 in Fort Sill, Oklahoma to Joseph and Delores (Fowler) Mastella. She is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Minnie Mae Mastella.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas Dennis, daughter, Melinda (Chris) Byrnes, daughter, Michelle (Dougie) Brown, son, Jason Bolinsky, daughter, Valerie (Vince) Lozano, daughter, Cinnamon (Tricia) Martinez, daughter, Jessica (Joe Raleigh) Davis, daughter, Jennifer (Casey) Chadwell, daughter, Jacqueline (Jeremy Booher) Davis, sister, Delores Mastella, 18 grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Joseph, Austin, Tonia, Jasten, Noah, Micah, Jeremy, Bryson, Jamison, Jackson, Makenzie, Brynlee, Landon, Jaxtyn, Jordan, Chloe 1 great grandchild, Currin and three on the way.
Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Sunday, February 17, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy).
The family requests that contributions in Carol's memory be made to American Cancer Society.
