Daniel Joseph Hazel, 29, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, December 11, 2018.
He was born on October 21, 1989, in Louisville, Kentucky, to M. Theresa (Head) and the late James D. Hazel. Along with his father, Daniel was preceded in death by his grandparents, Norma and Elwood Hazel and Paul Head.
Along with his mother, he is survived by his brothers, Jeremy Hazel (Dereka) and Anthony Hazel; grandmother, Diann Head; nieces, Lillyth and Sarah Hazel; nephews, Cameron and Kaiden Hazel, and Stephen Threedouble; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 16, 2018, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, & Receptions-New Albany (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana). His Funeral Service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home.
