Allen Raymond O'Hara

Allen Raymond O'Hara, 65, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away peacefully Thursday, December 6, 2018, at 3:08 a.m. at his daughter's home in Charlestown, Indiana.

He was born July 25, 1953, in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late Leo Joseph O'Hara, Jr., and Eleanor Rose (Bukowski) O'Hara. Allen was a retired computer programmer from Humana. He enjoyed traveling, golfing, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

Allen is survived by his two daughters, Kimberly Jo Agemy (and husband, James) and Angela Dawn Milne (and husband, Alistair); one brother, Leo Joseph O'Hara III (and wife, Patty); four grandchildren, Codey James Agemy (and wife, Summer), Madyson Layne Whitehouse, Cole Joseph Agemy, and Cassidy Jordan Agemy; and one great-grandchild, Blakely Jo Agemy. Along with his parents, Allen is preceded in death by his sister, Joyce Cerami.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 8, 2018, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). His Memorial Service will follow at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home. Cremation was chosen following Allen's wishes.
