Linda Kay (Agan) Jordan

Linda Kay (Agan) Jordan, 71, passed away Sunday evening, December 2, 2018. She enjoyed spending time outdoors in her garden or gathering around a good campfire, as well as taking trips to the beaches of Florida. Linda was also particularly fond of her four legged companions, Gabby and Ellie.

She was born on November 22, 1947, in Salem, Indiana, to the late Fred and Willa (Kost) Agan. Linda was also preceded in death by her husband, Jay Jordan; siblings, Sandy Kaiser and Denzil Kost; and dear friend, Iris Fruits.

Linda is survived by her daughter, Lynn Smith; sister, Carolyn Setters; sister-in-law, Judy Kost; grandchildren, Taylor Jordan (Savannah Henretty), Noah Smith, and Ashley Smith; and good friend, Steve Coleman.

Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, December 7, 2018, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and on Saturday after 9:00 a.m. at the church. Her Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Borden Church of Christ (426 West Water Street, Borden) with burial to follow at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Borden.
