She is survived by her 2 sons, loving mother, Kathy O'Neill, sister, Kasey (Bradley) Lightle, sister, Ashley Caple & many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family would like to say a special thank you to the doctors and nurses of Norton Healthcare for all the extra special care they gave to Tabetha and her family.
