Christopher Michael Mattingly

Christopher Michael Mattingly, age 45 of Louisville, Kentucky, lost his battle on Saturday, July 28, 2018. He was born January 10, 1973 in Louisville, the son of Edward and Donna Mattingly. Our beloved Chris will always be remembered for his many talents in construction and remodeling, and his unconditional love for his son, family and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Edward and Mary Alice Mattingly and Harold Pike.

Christopher is survived by his loving son, Cory Mattingly; parents, Edward Mattingly and Donna Mattingly; sister, Shannon Duffy (Derek); grandmother, JoAnn LaBelle; nephews and niece, Liam, Luke and Layla; and a very special person in Chris' life, Laura Morton.

Visitation will be 10 am - 4 pm on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive in Middletown. A celebration of Chris' life will be 4pm Saturday at the funeral home.

The family requests expressions of sympathy be made to the Healing Place, 1020 West Market Street, Louisville, Kentucky 40202 in memory of Chris Mattingly.
