Richard Martin, 69, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on June 28, 2018.
He retired from AT&T in 2009 and was a member of the Knight's of AC.
Richard was born on March 1, 1949 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Lawrence Martin and Wynona (Haynes) Hartzog. He was also preceded in death by his sister Della King
Richard is survived by his companion, Sally Jones, children; Brian Martin (Leslie), David Martin, Christi Duckworth (Kevin), Chuck Jones (Amanda) and Scott Jones (Becca). He is also survived by his grandchildren; Michaela (Rigsbay) Gray, Brandon Wheatley, Taylor Wheatley, Brianna Wheatley, Derek Martin, Brian S. Martin, Jacob Martin, Brandon Jones, Ashley Jones, Audrey Jones, Khole Jones, great-grandchildren Camden Robson, Sadie Jones, Lincoln Jones and two brothers Michael Martin (Dana) and Phillip Martin (Lynn).
Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until 6:00 pm Sunday, July 1, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243).
His funeral ceremony will be held Monday, July 2, 2018 at 10:00 am at funeral home a private burial will be held at a later date at Louisville Memorial Gardens West (4400 Dixie Highway Louisville, KY 40216).
