Sheila J Dockery

Sheila Jean Dockery, 68, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Monday, May 21, 2018. She was born in Louisville, Kentucky on January 18, 1950 to the late Vernie and Edna Frank.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Richard Frank and Kenneth Frank.

Sheila is survived by her beloved partner of 22 years, Brenda Blessitt; children,Robert (Robin) Dockery, Cheryl Heibert, Johnathan (Jennifer) Dockery, John Blessitt-Dockery and Geneva Dockery; brother, Vernie (Barbara) Frank, Jr.; sisters, Jennifer (Jimmy) Dockery and Georgie (Danny) Peet; 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; plus a host of other family members and friends to cherish her memory.

Sheila's family will receive friends on Thursday, May 24, 2018 from 3pm-8pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, Kentucky 40272. Her funeral ceremony will be 11am Friday, May 25, 2018 also at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, Kentucky 40272.

Burial will follow at Embry Cemetery in Caneyville Kentucky.
