Kim Forsythe

February 15, 1963 — May 9, 2018

Kim Forsythe, age 55 went home to be with God surrounded by her family on May 9, 2018. Kim loved her career as a nurse working 23 years at Jewish Hospital and 10 years at Norton Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents Aubrey & Pearl (Easler) Smith and nephews Jared and Jacob Smith. She is survived by husband, David Forsythe, daughter Sara (Paul) Sellers, her beloved granddaughter Isabella Matthews, brother, Bobbie (Teresa) Smith & sister, Pam Elzy.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday, May 11, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville). Her Funeral Ceremony will be held Saturday at 1:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Bethany Memorial Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
