Gina D. (Anderson) Dennis, 62, of Corydon, Indiana, died peacefully on March 25, 2018 surrounded by her family after a hard-fought battle with cancer.
She was born on November 14, 1955 to Earl R. and Donna J. (Gang) Anderson who preceded her in death.
Surviving are her two sons Gregory (Elizabeth) of Elizabeth, Indiana, and David(Jessica) of Bloomington, Illinois, brother Terry R. (Melinda) Anderson of Atlanta, Illinois, and grandchildren Andrew, Austin, Ashley, and Colin Dennis.
Gina loved her family and loved to recall her many childhood memories of Lexington, Illinois, comparing them to Mayberry. She loved 1950's Americana, collected Coca-Cola memorabilia, and previously worked at managing bakery outlets for Purity & Lewis Baking in central Illinois, and Flowers Baking in Sarasota, Florida. She retired in 2017 from the Walmart Pharmacy in Corydon, Indiana.
Her family would like to thank the Doctors & staff at James Graham Brown Cancer Center in Louisville, Kentucky, Hosparus Health, and all her friends & colleagues at the Corydon Walmart Pharmacy for their generosity, love & support.
She will be missed by many.
In accordance with her wishes, no services will be held. Cremation was chosen and a private internment will take place in Lexington Cemetery in Lexington, Illinois.
