Barbara Walker , 80, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on March 11, 2018.
Barbara was born on May 20, 1937, Harlan, Ky to the late Edward and Pearl (Bryant) Hicks. She was also preceded in death by her son, Jeffery Whitman; daughter, RoseMary Walker; grandsons, Charles Douglas Walker and Daniel Patrick Whitman.
Barbara is survived by her daughter; Pamela Logsdon, grandchildren, Robin (Chris)Thomas, Jeffery (Amy) Whitman, Jr., Billy Joe (Modesty) Logsdon, Sr., Danielle (Frankie) Whitman, Heather (Dave) Marin, Nick Dittmer, Amber (James) Baker; sisters, Rosie Sparks and Georgia Duvall; brothers, Kenneth Hicks and Gilbert Hicks; and fifteen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 3pm- 8pm Thursday, March 15, 2018, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville). Her Funeral Ceremony will be held Friday, March 16, 2018 at10am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery - Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky.
