Bobby Goins Head

Bobby Goins Head, age 86 of Louisville, passed away Thursday, January 18, 2018. Bobby graduated from Crestwood High School and grew up in the Worthington Community. He was a member of the Worthington Church of Christ. He was a former truck driver and farmer. He loved cars (a Chevy Man), car shows and participated in car competitions with his '60 Chevy Impala. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Parker and Elizabeth "Estelle" Goins Head.

Bobby is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Doris Smith Head; children, Mike Head, Robbie Head (Debbie), Debbie Head (Rob), Shannon Cunningham (Chris); grandchildren, Tara Loyd (Jason), Brittany Limbach (Mark), John Head (Amy), Lauren Eckrote (Tony), Hannah Reeves, Kristian Reeves, Noah Cunningham, Parker Reeves and Uriah Cunningham; and 9 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 2pm-6pm on Monday, January 22, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive in Middletown. A celebration of Bobby's life will follow at 6pm at the funeral home. Burial will be 11am Tuesday, January 23rd at Louisville Memorial Gardens East.
