Linda Ilene Carroll

Linda Ilene Carroll, 66, passed away on August 30, 2017. She loved working as an accountant at Secure Source. Linda enjoyed watching westerns and going to flea markets.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Billy Ray Carroll and her parents, Alfred and Verna Jean Griffin.
Linda is Survived by her children, Billie Jean (Harlen) Madison, Billy Ray Carroll, Jr., Gordon McKenzie Carroll and Clint Alfred (Lyndsey) Carroll; several grandchildren; brothers, Jeff Griffin, Jerry Griffin, Bill Griffin and Tom Griffin; sisters, Kathy Peterson, Doreen Viall and Levajane Jorgensen; several nieces and nephews and her faithful four legged companion, Rosie.
Visitation will be Tuesday, September 5, 2017, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY, from 2pm-8pm. A celebration of Linda's life will be Wednesday, September 6, 2017, beginning at 10am at the chapel of Newcomer Funeral Home.
Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, 4623 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY.
