James Ralph Taber

James "Ralph" Taber,77, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, August 8, 2017. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on June 13, 1940 to the late James H. and Lucille M. Taber.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a daughter, Kimberly Reed.
James is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Nancy Lynn Taber; brother, Roland Taber; sister, Urby Marcum; son, James T. Taber; grandchildren, Tyler Heine, James C. Taber and Alex Heine; great-grandchildren, Kira Taber, Patricia Taber, Josten Taber; and a host of other family members and friends who will greatly miss him.
A celebration of Ralph's life will be held at 9:00 am Friday, August 11, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel. Visitation on August 10, 2017 from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, Kentucky 40272.
Entombment will follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
