Linda Bolling Bowles, 69, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, August 2, 2017. She was born in Louisville, Kentucky on January 1, 1948 to the late Arch A. and Christine G. Holmes.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Don Holmes, Jimmy Holmes, and Jerry Heichelbech. Linda is survived by her beloved husband of 24 years, Donald Bowles; son, Danny (Tami) Bolling, sister, Nancy Bolling Horrell; life long friend, Joyce Boblitt; grandchildren, Hailey Bolling, Hunter Bolling, Zachary Bolling, Jaxon Bolling; step-son, Johnny Bowles; nephew, Jerry Bolling and niece, Jamie (Curtis) Sykes; and a host of other family members and friends who will greatly miss her.
When someone you love becomes a memory. The memory becomes a treasure. They whom we love and lose, are no longer where they were before. They are now wherever we are.
A celebration of Linda's life will be at 11am Saturday, August 5, 2017, at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel. Visitation will be from 3pm - 8pm on Friday August 4, 2017 also at Newcomer Funeral Home - Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, Kentucky 40272.
