Joseph Eugene Miller

Joseph Eugene Miller, 74, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Friday, June 9, 2017 at Sts. Mary and Elizabeth Hospital. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on May 6, 1943 to the late Albert and Bernadette Miller. He was retired from Fischer Packing Company and was a member of Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church. He was a member of Knights of St. John's.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by siblings, Elizabeth Miller, Jerry Miller and Robert Miller.

Joseph is survived by his beloved wife of 44 years, Juanita Miller; two children, Lisa (Michael) Martin and Charles Miller; grandchildren, Haley Miller, Kyanne Martin and Lincoln Martin; a great-grandchild, JaycaLynn Martin; siblings, Albert Miller and Rose Marie Wright; and a host of other family members and friends.

A service to celebrate his life will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 15, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
