Renee Kim (Childers) Forseth

Renee Kim (Childers) Forseth, 60, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on Friday, April 14, 2017. Renee was a kind and loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She was passionate about reading, painting, and spending time with loved ones. Renee graduated from Indiana University Southeast and proudly served for years as a licensed CPA.

Renee is survived by her daughter, Rachel Forseth; mother, Flora (Callahan) Childers; brother, Jim Childers (Julie); sister, Leslie Bradshaw (Pat); nieces and nephews, Marissa Childers, Chris Childers, Jessica Childers, and Kelsey Dile; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She is preceded in death by her father, Donald Childers; and grandparents, Foster Callahan and Alta and Hubert Bell.

A Memorial Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 18, 2017, at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana 47150). Cremation was chosen following Renee's wishes.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Hosparus of Southern Indiana (502 Hausfeldt Lane, New Albany, Indiana 47150).
