Mary Lee Cooper
February 21, 1952 — February 7, 2017
Mary Lee "Dolly" Cooper, 64 years old, of Louisville, Ky, passed away on Feb. 7, 2017. The angels have lifted her to heaven to join her parents Cleveland and Nancy Emmons, and her son David.
She is survived by her brother, Stephen Emmons; a sister-in-law, Annette; a daughter, Lisa Marie Rowland and grandson Jonathan McQueen. The family wishes to acknowledge her long time friend, Larry Marquez and her two animal companions, Buddy and Roscoe, and also the continued support of her ex husband, Lloyd Cooper. Dolly enjoyed browsing flea markets and auctions. She loved her animals and working in her yard. Dolly was a member of St. Louis Bertrand church.
A graveside service will be conducted Monday, February 13, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Bethany Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-6 p.m. on Sunday at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway.
In lieu of flowers please send donations to the Ky Humane Society.
