Glenn Clark, 79, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on January 6, 2017. He retired from Baptist Hospital in Paducah, KY and was a member of Highview Baptist Church and Kentuckiana Square Dance Association.
He was born on March 19, 1937, in Cunningham, Kentucky to the late Royce and Glyna Clark. He was also preceded in death by his son, Brent Clark; grandson, Channing Knight and two sisters, Barbara McGowan and Janis Crider.
Glenn is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Virginia Clark; children, Rebecca Lyon, Todd Clark and Chris Clark (Cindy); one brother, Garry Clark (Janice); grandchildren, Joshua Knight, Brent Knight, Dalton Lyon (Sara), Heath and Clint Clark; great-grandchildren, Jaylin, Brooklin, Kerrklin, Aleeyah, Jaxon, and Macie.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, East Louisville Chapel (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243.) A funeral service to honor the life of Glenn will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Rosebower Cemetery in Paducah, KY.
In loving memory of Glenn, memorial donations may be made to The American Heart Association.
