Shirley Ruth Napier, 77, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on December 19, 2016.
Shirley was born on January 17, 1939, in Harlan, Kentucky to the late Robert and Marie Cook. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Napier; siblings, Geraldine, Helen, Hazel and Carl.
Shirley is survived by her children, Melinda Hammond (Eric), Debby Cook (Ralph), Donna Jetter (Mike) and Julie Napier; grandchildren; Matthew Jetter, Cassandra Jetter, Anastasia Bell, Elijah Hammond and Adrian Hammond; and her sister, Bobbie Pantoja.
Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, December 23, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243.) A celebration of her life will be held at 5 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
