Raymond Earl Cundiff, 76, of Sellersburg, Indiana passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2016. He had a love for music especially jazz and the blues. Raymond also enjoyed fishing and, most importantly, spending time with his family.
He was born on November 29, 1939 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Howard and Esther (Lyle) Cundiff. Raymond is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Ora Lee (Van Cleve) Cundiff; son, Michael Cundiff and his wife, Jo Ann; grandsons, Jacob and Zachary Cundiff; and brother and sisters-in-law, Sonny and Sherri Van Cleve, and Linda Ethington.
Visitation will be from 4 PM to 8 PM Thursday, November 17, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and on Friday after 10 AM. His Funeral Service will take place at 11 AM on Friday in the chapel at the funeral home with cremation to follow according to Raymond's wishes.
The family requests that contributions in Raymond's memory be made to the Autism Society of Kentuckiana (PO Box 21895, Louisville, KY 40221-0895).
