Michael Wayne Estes, 66, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Baptist Health Louisville. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on December 14, 1949 to the late Jesse and Lois Estes. He was a member of Arcade Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a sister, Gloria Ballard.
Michael is survived by his beloved wife of 30 years, Kay Estes; children, Michelle Eichenberger, Adam Durrett and Jennifer Durrett; a brother, Gary (Nelda) Henry; grandchildren, Nicole Estes, Brittany Eichenberger, Jesse Eichenberger, Katie Eichenberger, Mikayla Durrett, TaShayla Dunnaway, Anson Durrett and Maddox Durrett; two great-grandchildren, Skylar and Izayah; and a host of other family members and friends.
Funeral Ceremony will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
