Christopher J. Lyninger

Christopher J. Lyninger, 64, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at Jewish Hospital. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on October 6, 1951 to the Charles and Margie Guge Lyninger. He was a veteran in the United States Navy and was a retired butcher.

He is survived by two children, Charlie (Kim) Lyninger and Amanda Lindsay; two grandchildren, Sylas Lyninger and Christopher Jordan Lindsay and a host of other family members and friends.

Funeral Ceremony will be 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home - Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Hwy, with burial to follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central. Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
