Larry Wayne Self, 69, of Sellersburg, Indiana, passed away on March 5, 2016. He was born on May 18, 1946, in Louisville, Kentucky to George and Edna (Hawkins) Self. Larry retired from Courier Journal after many years. He enjoyed watching westerns, and a big fan of the Andy Griffith show.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings. He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Phyllis (Noe) Self, children, Michael Self (Erin), Melissa Self, Ricky Self(Alisha), Angela Whitworth (Jeremy), Amanda Young (Jim), Cheri Armenta (Noe), 11 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, along with many nieces and nephews.
Larry's wishes were to be cremated and entrusted this with Newcomer Funeral Home.
