Merle Lee Laduke

Merle Lee LaDuke, 77, of Floyds Knobs, Indiana passed away on Sunday, December 6, 2015 at the Historic Villages of Silvercrest. He was a member of the Indiana Laborers Union, Kentucky Bricklayers Union, and the Back in Time Car Club.
He was born on August 23, 1938 in Lawrence County, Indiana to the late Maurice and Goldie (Mulvandy) LaDuke. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Carolyn (Haley) LaDuke; and siblings, Leon and Dale LaDuke.
Merle is survived by his children, Kevin Bostock, Sr. (Pam), Jeff LaDuke (Laura), Vicki Huber (Mike), Greg LaDuke; siblings, Darlene Miller, Shirley Kendall, Gary LaDuke, Sharon Sands, Bonnie Burton, Charlotte Grissom; 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 2 PM to 8 PM Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and on Thursday after 9 AM. His Funeral Service will take place at 11 AM on Thursday in the chapel at the funeral home with burial to follow in St. Mary of the Knobs Catholic Church Cemetery.
Contributions in Merle's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society (701 W. Muhammad Ali Boulevard, Louisville, KY 40203).
