William Douglas Lacy, Jr.

William Douglas "Billy" Lacy, Jr. age 45 of Panama City (Fountain), Florida passed away last week. He is formerly from Louisville, Kentucky. If not working on the ocean, he was working in construction. Billy is preceded in death by his father, William Douglas Lacy, Sr.
Billy is survived by his wife of 27 years Carrie (Ross) Lacy; sons, William Douglas Lacy III, Franklin D. Lacy; daughter, Brittany Hurd (Nick); mother, Linda Schneider (Steve); brother, Brian Lacy (Joy); sister, Brittany McCool (Jeremy); 8 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 3-8pm Friday, October 2, 2015 from Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive. Funeral ceremony will be 11am Saturday, October 3rd at the funeral home, followed by burial at Resthaven Memorial Park.
